Interior condition levels

Sellers choose the option that best reflects the cabin, upholstery, technology, and comfort features.

Each level is defined as follows:

• Significant wear Needs major repairs (torn seats, broken panels, heavy stains)

• Moderate wear Noticeable wear, outdated, but functional

• Light wear Clean and maintained with normal use signs

• Well maintained Well-kept, minor wear only

• Like new Like new, no visible flaws

Exterior condition levels

The exterior rating covers paintwork, panels, glass, lighting, and wheels.

Here's how each choice is described:

• Significant wear Major damage, dents, rust, peeling paint

• Moderate wear Noticeable cosmetic issues, faded paint, scratches

• Light wear Presentable, some minor blemishes

• Well maintained Clean, well-maintained, only small imperfections

• Like new Like new, no visible flaws

Accident history

This section captures any past incidents that required repairs.

Available selections:

• Major accident history Severe structural damage or airbags deployed; significant repairs

• Minor accident(s) Cosmetic or light repairs; no major structural damage

• No accidents reported No known accident history

Reported issues

Sellers can highlight specific mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic concerns to ensure full transparency.

They can select any number of the following:

• Engine problems

  Major engine repairs needed or engine replacement.

• Transmission issues

  Slipping, rough shifting, or full replacement required.

• Oil leaks

  Visible leaks or oil consumption issues.

• Overheating

  Recurring cooling system or radiator problems.

• Worn brake pads

  Brakes need replacement or make noise.

• Electrical problems

  Battery, alternator, or wiring malfunctions.

• Infotainment glitches

  Touchscreen, audio, or navigation system issues.

• AC/heat not working

  Climate control system malfunction.

• Power windows/locks failing

  Switches, motors, or wiring not working.

• Airbag deployed

  The car has had airbags deployed.
